Nodule

Hard Palate
suggests other diagnosis (evaluate for cancer)
Management
Benign and requires no treatment
Indication for surgical resection
Difficult to fit dentures and other oral appliances
Chronic, recurrent irritation or ulceration with hard food intake
Bone graft harvesting for dental surgery
